This is paraphrased, but Maharishi was asked
at the end of this film from the early '70s for
what he would like to be remembered. Maharishi
looked a million miles into the distance and
then said, disarmingly, "Nothing."

"Nothing?"

"Nothing."

"But you will be remembered!"

"That will be up to those who will remember me!"

(laughter)

That beautiful moment
--->>faster forward--->>
Maharishi asking the rajas days before his death
for a memorial, yielding plans for Towers of
Immortality "here, there, and everywhere."

Of all the things that saddens me about Maharishi's
death, that saddens me the most. It's so Citizen Kane.
