Jim, you might like reading some books about Ramana
Maharishi. Pretty powerful stuff in regard to being
still. You can feel his darshan in the words
(amazing!) Also there are several teachers in his
lineage (including Amber Terrel-formerly Karen
Armstrong-A TM Governer) such as Gangaji that offer
satsang in the West and Northwest USA and in europe.
