Since the land is apparently no longer under any development restrictions (at least at the county level): "Osceola County spokesman Don Madden says the county received a telephone inquiry recently about the land, asking if a previous Development of Regional Impact (DRI) for the land remained in effect. Madden says it does not." -- the TMO may see a big payout on this deal. It's also pretty close to Disney World, which is why I guess the TMO bought it in the first place, as a source of tourists for Vedaland, so an available 450 acres suitable for another theme park and condo development should bring in a good price.
