Some Indian mantra strings have a 'weapon' bija in them.
So, I guess that indicates that most people, Indian or
no, maybe don't really have any idea what it is they are
muttering, or maybe they do. A weapon mantra?

This is outrageous!

Do you suppose that's because the gods are armed to
the teeth and some people want to protect themselves?

For example, Vishnu carries a large discus called a
Sudarshan which, when thrown, can slice off your head
or your leg. It's kind of like a shuriken in Kung Fu.

So, it's not surprising that people would imagine such
a thing as a 'magic astral weapon word' in which to
fend off the spirit world. It makes sense to defend
yourself, I guess.

But, if OM could make a person rich, why do you suppose
they would need a protection bija to go along with it,
when they could just as easily afford their own army.

Phat!: (pronounced 'fot') phoneme; Buddhist Hybrid-Sanskrit;
causative verb? 1. Crack! 2. Snap! 3. Pop! 4. Meaningless
sound. 5. Gibberish. 6. Bija mantra - sometimes referred
to as the weapon mantra also, in that, it destroys obstacles.
7. Sound of a two-stroked motor vehicle seen all over Delhi.
