Does anyone with kids in public schools notice how the fees keep increasing? I thought it was supposed to be a free education? Every year at the beginning of school I have to write a FAT check, then the supply list is for the school supplies (not personal) I am supposed to buy things like 6 dozen pencils etc. Now I just got hit with a text book charge of $78 for one high school class. This is a regular government class, but there are no funds for the textbook. My daughter was told that if she wants to take the class, she has to buy the textbook. So much for "No kids left behind"
