I do, too. > I signed the first agreement with MMY in 1975 which said: "It is > my fortune, Guru Dev (the Maharishi's > dead master) that I have been accepted to serve the Holy Tradition > and spread the Light of God to all those who need it". This is > what all the TM-Teachers as I know, really feel in their heart. I wouldn't say "all," but I would say "most." I have often found that the "independent" teachers I have encountered had loftier principles in terms of "purity of the teaching" and helping their fellow man than the teachers within the TMO. And this was kinda interesting, because at the time I met most of these folks I was a State Coordinator in the US or worked for the Regional Office, and it was technically my job to discourage them from teaching for free. If their intent seemed pure, I could never bring myself to do it. That's when I began to suspect that my days in the TMO were numbered.
