I'm not going to advice you what to do about it though. I've met these people - in indian terms they are wealthy, slightly arrogant, just like the newly rich of any country. They can afford a house, a cook and a driver. But so can millions of other middleclass indians. In my terms they are just regular people, with an uncle that loves them.
