You are referring to Guru Dev, thinking you know His thoughts on this. I'm a photographer and own many different kinds of flash-equipment. What I know about this is that if I have 5 batteries in one of those small handheld flashes and they all go flat; if I put in one new battery of a different charge instead of changing all 5 - POOF the whole flash is dead, gone. Off to Nikon for repair. This is what will happen to the Guru-shoppers. The different charges they expose themselves to will burn them out. Problem is that Nikon cannot help the souls that mix energies.
