Any area that has had a segregationist perspective in the past has found that once Blacks enter the field the excel. This is proven in Golf, Tennis, Basketball, baseball, medicine, Chemistry, biochemistry anytime you let a Black in they have this uncanny tendency to exceed....... So if you are looking at Jackie Robinson, Tiger Woods, Arthur Ash (Tennis) or Venus Williams,( Tennis) Wilma Rudolph( Runner who went from Polio to Winning Olympic gold) , Jessie Owens(Runner), Levy Watkins(Famos Cardiac Surgeon Johns Hopkins Medical School) , George Washington Carver( Peanut Oil and Peanut Research) you will find that this phenomenon has proven to be the case. Even in medical schools they have found that African American students even if they do not excel in the basic studies they almost always out perform other groups in clinical practice. Music we all know that story. So perhaps President Obama will continue is this tradition.
