it speaks to each of our relationships with Maharishi, don't you
think?

if we didn't care about that, being concerned about that, our
relationship to Maharishi, the discussion and 'is it true or not?'
wouldn't be of such interest to many of us.

and as was mentioned earlier on this list, Maharishi could be seen
as ourselves. If for no other reason than we see him as we see
ourselves, oddly, we create him as we wish to see him.

so there seems to be several questions we can ask ourselves:

1. what is our realtionship to Maharishi?
2. is it broad enough to encompass every domain of his life, and map
it to ours; do business as he does business, meditate as he
meditates, eat the same as he eats?
3. or is it more that some may see and experience great value from
part of him, a specific set of knowledge and behavior that we find
currently useful and natural enough to map into our lives?
4. and instead of seeing him as all perfect, almost like a father
figure, do we effectively use that which we find useful from our
Teacher, and let the rest go?
5. what if we can't, what if its all or nothing, he's absolutely
perfect, or he isn't?
6. which side of the fence ar we on?

after we address these few questions, then we can tackle the more
topical stuff, don't you think?
