Quite right...and that was the point, Lawson. Although I haven't gone through ALL the deeds I linked to, of the several I looked at, I couldn't find one in which both were joint tenants or one in which both are listed as holding a house under communuity property with rights of survivorship. Either Cindy or her trust probably owns everything. So McCain's answer to the question of how many houses he AND Cindy own together should have been: ZERO.
