AIDS is not going to be directly affected by the Maharishi Effect, BTW. One hopes that people would become more receptive to HIV-prevention programs like using condoms, but once the infection exists, to expect a minor improvement in attitude in the country to somehow directly affect a deadly disease is well, even more optimistic than MMY usually is.
