It is just a matter of being attuned. No New Age wishfull thinking. Simply being attuned to your personal Master. What you mean by "ascended" I do not know since many of the Masters of the past (13 by know I think) like Jesus of Palestine, Madame Blawatsky and St. Germain are now in incarnation. As is Maitreya, the oldest soul on earth who created a Mahavirupta body (self-created) in 1976 - one year after Maharishi declared "The Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment". It is simply a down to earth reality. One that will make Maharishis predictions that "Heaven will walk on Earth - in this generation" come true.
