His writings, especially the later ones, have an obsessive, manic
quality to them. He's desperately attempting to articulate
something to himself to make sense of an increasingly chaotic
internal world of paranoid schizophrenia.
It would be atypical for onset of the paranoid subtype at such a late
age. Could the TM and TMSP caused the late onset?
