That is why we need people on the Supreme Court that will interpret the law with original intent in mind and private property rights have always been a sacred cow in America. The only reaction I have heard from this SC ruling is that it is un- American. Nobody wants a government with the power and ability to seize your property on a whim and then sell it to somebody and pay you what they believe it's current(before development) value is. But you can bet businesses will take advantage of this new interpretation of the law and so will politicians. This will lead to totally corrupt politicians taking money under the table. Abortion has been the litmus test for SC nominees,now property rights needs to be the new litmus test.
