Question:  who ya askin' this question of?  :-)

If me, I learned concentration techniques first, trans-
cended using them, then learned TM, transcended using
it, then learned other concentration techniques, and
transcended using them.  I've also transcended after
tasting a great wine and while having sex, so you 
should probably throw that into the "muddle" as well.  :-)
