Question: who ya askin' this question of? :-) If me, I learned concentration techniques first, trans- cended using them, then learned TM, transcended using it, then learned other concentration techniques, and transcended using them. I've also transcended after tasting a great wine and while having sex, so you should probably throw that into the "muddle" as well. :-) Unc To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
