Actually, as long as it was just dogs and cows, and you rinsed 
veggies well before eating, you probably had no real dangers. It's 
the HUMAN fertalizer that's the problem...

BTW,animal fertilizer is used around the world (including the USA) to 
add nutrients to soil.
