I've used it a few times, it's pretty easy to set up and take down once you've 
learned it. Firefox has some addons that make starting and stopping instances 
pretty easy if you don't want to use the CLI. It's not much different to any 
other web hosting service apart from the fact that you pay by the hour not by 
the month. YMMV
