you express an excellent point Rory- that in our zeal to tell the truth as we see it, that we don't condemn and therefore more strongly embody those parts of ourselves that we oppose. It is a useful exercise to state our opinions clearly, and at the same time to always hold out hope for a change of heart in those parts of ourselves which we don't agree with. In reconciling the 'vibrations of hatred, us-them division, violence, and fear' within ourselves, we can more finely discriminate who we want to be and who we do not, and feed the life giving energies within ourselves.
