The TMO is facism in a petri dish, it has most of the characteristics of facsism but neutered by the mellowing influence of TM. You can prod it, poke it and analyze it without being dragged out of your bed in the middle of the night to be shot.
If the global country was a real country with borders it would be one of those countries that have border guards to keep people in not to keep people out. Maybe not, as the TMO has a track record of kicking people out if they show the slightest interest in other "countries".
