Yes. Yesterday I wrote a long contribution to a thread at the website. I clicked "Send," but the post failed to appear on the site. Then I posted a short message, and it appeared right away. I rewrote my long message and posted it again, only the second time I allowed little time to pass between clicking "Reply" and clicking "Send." (I wrote my post offline and pasted it into the web interface, rather than composing on the interface.) This second message appeared quickly, with little delay. The first, longer post appeared early this morning, about 17 hours after first posting it.
