I'd guess it was strategically timed by both MMY
and the "somebodies." They figured if he didn't
create the fund until he really was on his deathbed,
the alleged family perps wouldn't dare complain
about it, at least not until after he'd died and
the mourning period was over, by which time it
would be engraved in stone.

Man, that all must be one hell of a story.

I really don't think that's likely, frankly. We
can't even get that done *here*, for pete's sake,
with the bankers and Wall Street thieves.

But if the "cover up" is effective at forcibly
removing grubby hands from cookie jars and keeping
them out, and things get put firmly on the straight
and narrow, I don't know that it would necessarily
be in the movement's interest to publicize and
prosecute as well.
