To All: There's a story in the Srimad Bhagavatam narrating how Indra, the king of heaven, disrespected Jupiter by forgetting his importance in the scheme of things celestial. Upon realizing this, Jupiter disappeared from sight to leave the demigods on their own. Soon after, the demons started to defeat the demigods in their eternal battle for dominance.
