And this guy's tradition is?  Who was his guru?  According to the page 
it looks like he made up a hodgepodge of Hindu yoga and Buddhism. And I 
don't agree with him when it comes to mantras.   He's missing the sound 
compatibility element.  Not just any sound will do.  Some can actually 
drive people crazy.
