I mentioned not long ago another common malaise-du- jour that was definitely "in fashion" and labeled by the medical profession as a disease. The name of the disease was "hysteria." The accepted treat- ment for this disease, seemingly as common in its day as depression is today, involved a scientific invention that has since gained enormous popularity, and is still used on a daily basis to treat the same disease. It's only tangentially related to the issue of antidepressants, but given all the talk of Mike Love and the Beach Boys today, I thought the link would add to overall total of good vibrations on the group... :-) Unc To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
