You might want to review the context of the phrase
I quoted, Barry.  The overreacters in Vaj's
original formulation were not those with the high
verbal comprehension and high verbal IQ, but rather
those who are challenged by the verbal folks:

precision rant, someone gets damage from toxic mold,
vata-derrangement/unstressing due to over-meditation, doshic 
imbalances due to heat, joining a new cult and working to hard to
