We happened to see panelized houses from Ryan Homes going up while we were in PA. A 2,500 sf house was completely framed to dry in from cinder block in only 4 days. >>> This is a bit of a myth. Panelized is no faster than a team of carpenters. Its just harder to find a team these days. Panelized was built by a team of non-carpenters in a factory. How is this faster? And once the panels go up, it is far from finished. Just started really.
