vRttyarthaM bhojanaM yeSaaM
  saMtaanaarthaM ca maithunam,
vaak satyavaacaarthaa ca
  durgaaNyapi taranti te.

Those who eat only to stay alive,
  make love only to have progeny,
and speak only to tell the truth
  shall overcome any difficulty.

Those who (yeSaam) eat only (bhojanam)
 to stay alive (vRtti + artham),
  make love only (maithunam)
 to have progeny (saMtaana + artham)
and (ca) speak only (vaak) to tell the truth (satya-vaaca-arthaa)
  shall overcome (taranti te) any difficulty (durgaaNi + api).

NB: there is on *one* verb in the Sanskrit, namely 'taranti'.
