Well, that's obviously true just on face value. What could an 
ignorant man know before starting TM? He has no idea what he is not 
living -- that's why it's called ignorance. The thing is, though, 
that how you package what you want to tell the ignorant is subject to 
conditions like the culture you are trying to work in. So in a 
country with respect for scientific knowledge, which is certainly the 
dominant mode in most of the world today, you talk about TM in 
scientific terms, which has been done. But in India, more talk of 
restoring Vedic culture.
