This article is a fundamentalist attack:
Check out what the REPORTER says:
""Take a look, for example, at how Amma's admirers describe her.
Without exception, they paint a picture of a humble, down-to-earth
woman whose charitable projects make an immediate difference for
people in need -- a far cry from the TM movement with its trappings
of monarchy and its seemingly endless string of grandiose schemes.""

for the statement to be rational needs to say: "...without exception
Amma devotees describe her as humble, down-to-earth woman whose
charitable projects make an immediate difference for people in need -
- and without exception TM devotees describe the TMO as full of
trappings of monarchy and seemingly endless string of grandiose
schemes."" It is ridiculous. Many people are perfectly happy with TM
and TMO and have been so for much longer than Amma has been around
Fairfield....much longer. Time is the test.

Once again, the reporter made no effort to get the views of people
who are happy with TM. Even if this is an opinion piece the
discerning mind will see it as a fundamentalism that twists things
to its own agenda.

Scary...is this the Amma people? (since the reporter is an Amma
devotee) Is that what they are like? (Good luck Mark Petric, your
gonna need it bud!)
