I ran into some folks who have a "tantra" school. They charge $4000 for the course. I asked them if they taught vashikaran. They said no. Shantikaran and vashikaran are the two principle siddhis that are taught at the beginning so my summation was that they were not teaching tantra, maybe thought they were but were teaching a hodgepodge.
