This doesn't exactly qualify, but I'll bet others have had an experience like this: Every once in a while, at the very top of a hop, there will be a split-second realization: Oh, *this* is the way to levitate. If I could sustein it, I'd hover, but it doesn't last. The *clarity* is really startling, though. It's a great big "Of COURSE!"--and in a sense, for that split-second, as mundane and as certain as being able to lift my hand and scratch my nose.
