As I've shared with the list before, yes there are schools of yogis who practice these methods. When one gets into the more serious stages of the practice, one is often isolated in strict retreat. And these are the yogis I know of and friends have visited. If one has similar initiation into the path of inner tantra, one can gain permission to visit such siddhas.
