Prakassha? I didn't order no stinkin' Prakassha. I ordered papadum, samosa
and some chutneys. That's the problem with these Indian restaurants.
They're always screwing up orders.

No, I've run a vata/pita imbalance for decades which PK couldn't touch.
Also, as I've already stated, the TMSP can really run you into the weeds or
into the shrink's office. The stuff's just not safe, especially if you go
rounding on it for years at a time. I had wonderful experiences with TM,
wonderful experiences with TMSP. The thing is, the TMSP goes after deeper
stresses and IMO gives your doshas a major whack job. AOL kriya might be
more effective than TM for me, as I tried, many years ago, a Paramahansa
Yoginanda kundalini kriya a friend demonstrated to me many, many years ago.
It just blew me away.

I'd prefer to look at it as TM/TMSP/Vastu/Maharishi Yagya/Ayurveda/Gemstones
plus the meager pranayam and asanas to be lacking. Sorely lacking. If it
weren't so, why would we have the 1% of 1% of 1% where that percent of
people starting TM continue on past a year? Why would we have, by my
estimation, an 80% falloff rate a year after learning the sidhis?

Seems to me that I wouldn't be having these experiences without my TM
experience (my AOL teachers can't quite handle the experiences I describe)
but that all I needed was a little more prana, a little more sattwa,
something to very actively go in and balance my doshas and suddenly my TMSP
would go back to working again. And the TMSP is back to working again,
after being in land of the dead for decades. When we learned the ujai
breathing, I could immediately feel my doshas whipping into balance. and I
was already taught by a TM visiting vidya breathing techniques to balance
pita and vata. I cast off the techniques a few months later as useless.

IMO SSRS is a much better guru than his wannabe teacher, but that's just
what I'm gathering as I correspond with people.
