Well, no, sorry, actually that boundary was crossed a long time ago. Even Scranton himself has encountered it before; his opponents smeared him with his association with the TMO nearly 20 years ago when he first ran for governor. I'm not sure there *is* such a "boundary" where Eastern spiritual groups--or anything else even faintly New Age-- are concerned, especially with the emergence of the Christian right as a significant voting bloc.
