It is illegal to enter a house uninvited with minors inside when you are obviously drunk and publicly intoxicated. So, maybe Usama should be put in jail and fined for disturbing the peace. If he says he can't even remember what happened, that's a sure sign that he was doing something very wrong with the minors inside.
