It's an Al Jazeera video featuring footage from a bunch
of different videos.

The most horrifying footage of all, to me, begins at
about 1:08; it shows an enormous, hideously ugly black
wave, thick and frothing with dirt and debris--including
cars, trucks, and buildings--inexorably engulfing a huge
swath of the countryside.
