Can't say for sure, but since the poster suggests that he picked
it up on this board, my guess is that the "still mind thingy" is that
sense of stupefying numbness that overtakes you after slogging
through a couple of dozen posts about the definitive meaning
of the word 'tacky' or whether Al Gore Sr. was a racist.  :-)
