Bob Seal told a few of us the story at the CCP dining table in 1983. Bob said Scranton and his eventual wife were with MMY at the same time. Scranton was one of the celibates in M group. The future bride was finishing with her course and asked MMY what she should do next. MMY said she should marry Scranton. She began to follow Scranton around until Scranton finally told her he wasn't interested, that he was in M group. The future bride replied something like, "But Maharishi told me that we should get married". Scranton freaked and went to MMY, who confirmed it. --- shempmcgurk <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > --- In [email protected], Peter > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: > > I just read the article.
