No, that isn't the TM program.

The TM Program is meditating twice and day and then living full 
activity as you would normally, which means using your common sense 
and everything you would otherwise do as a reasonable person...but 
it does NOT require adhering to some religion or philosophy, like 
Vastu or the Vedas or whatever.
