BTW I also heard Maharishi say that the state of an enlightened person cannot be decerned by any outward manifestation of theirs. I also heard Maharishi say that the world is as you are. It logically follows that if you are ignorant, the world will appear predominantly ignorant to you, and that if enlightened, the reverse is true. I also heard Maharishi say that the reason Sidhas don't float is due to the collective stress in the world. Which Maharishi do you choose to follow? So many of them around, eh?
