In this article, the logic is hugely shocking. I can't believe there
is neither convulsive laugher or boos of indignation and loud chants
of "bullshit!"

First, the article does no justice to articulating the creation of
the state Israel from a complex blending of various factors includng
zionist movments to create a jewish homeland, british imperialsim in
the context of the rise of pan-arabism, the holocaust, etc. From this
deficient base of over simplification of a compex situation, it
proceeds to then present a justification for both blatant imperialism
and occupation of other countries on quite astoundingly superficial
grounds.

That such grounds are so vapid is not a comment on Israel and its de
facto rights as an established nation to exist, survive and thrive.
That is to say, to lambast idiotic complaints against the creation of
a Palestinian state is not anti-israeli, it is anti-stupidity.

The articles says:
> > I now offer you the story of the Middle East in just a few
paragraphs, which is all you Really need.

Sure most propagandists who attempt to manipulate a naive or true
believer base use the same false logic: "this situation [fill tn the
blamk] is not really all that complex, let me simplify (or dumb) it
down for you."

> > The Palestinians want their own country. There's just one thing
about that: There are no Palestinians. It's a made up word. ...
Before the Israelis won the land in the 1967 war, Gaza was owned by
Egypt, the West Bank was owned by Jordan, and there were no
"Palestinians."

So thats it!!!?? From this logic, it appears that any people living in
any area of the world, despite national or state boundaires, who do
not have a highly unique culture, language, history etc
distinguishable from a larger mass of people in surrounding areas, can
be subject to evacuation and their land taken by outsiders.

Lets see how we might use this logic:

"Well, you know Tijuana and all of the Baha Peninula down to Cabo
doesn't really have a unique culture or language or distinct history
separate from all them Mexicans. I mean there is no Tijuanania nation
or no Bajalandia never existed, Never. Its all a big Myth. Hell, its
just a bunch of Mexicans living there. I mean they could live
anywhere in Mexico, why do they need their own land there on the coast
and all.

I mean Baha used to belong to the indians, and who knows what tribes,
probably 10-20 over the years, and then to Spain, then to pre-US
california, then to Mexico. Hell, no one really owns that territory
for more than a few decades or centuries. There ain't really no
Bahaanians. So Bahanians is a made up word, and Bhanania never
existed. Its just Mexicans.

Well shit then, its a free-for all. Come on you San Diegians and
Southern Californians, just take it over. Kick them Mexicans out of
Baha. And they have NO right to get pissed off. If they do anything
violent, we'll show em like we showed all them heathen indians a
century ago that if you attack us when we take your land, we'll pretty
much wipe you of the face of the earth.

And if them Mexicans living in Baha ever go to the UN and try to
create some phony baloney Bahaland, we'll laugh them right out of
court. They ain't got no 2000 yr old Bahaanian culture or language
separate from Mexicans, so they don't deserve to keep the piece of
land they have called home for a few decades or centuries. Shit, its
as clear as that "Palestinian homeland" bogus play them Arabs are
tying to pull to create a Palestinian homeland for those ARABS -- not
"palestinians" mind you cuz they don't exist -- dislocated when
Israel was created. And we won't stand for that crap. (Not us who
have little culture, few roots, no language separate from Britian, we
won't stand for people with no distinct culture from keeping us from
taking there land."

> I know that's a bit unwieldy to expect to see on CNN. How about
this, then: "Adjacent Jew-Haters."

And if them Bahanians rise up and start bombing Americans living in
Baja, well we'll show'em, And we will call them so called "Bahanians"
natives "Adjacent American-Haters". An no one gets a pass when they
hate America!

> Why? For one thing, trying to destroy Israel - or "The Zionist
Entity" as their textbooks call it -- for the last fifty years has
allowed the rulers of Arab countries to divert the attention of their
own people away from the fact that they're the blue-ribbon most
illiterate, poorest, and tribally backward on God's Earth, and if
you've ever been around God's Earth, you know that's really saying
something.

You know all this Bahanian homeland crap is just them Mexicans in
Mexico City trying to divert attention from the failures of their lazy
ass economy. I mean, if they would take less siestas and do a little
work, they might be as prosperous as the Americans who took over Baha.

> It makes me roll my eyes every time one of our pundits waxes poetic
> about the great history and culture of the Muslim Mid east. Unless I'm
> missing something, the Arabs haven't given anything to the world since
> Algebra, and, by the way, thanks a hell of a lot for that one.

Yea, And what was the last thing any Mexicans contributed to the
world? The Taco?? Some times on a Saturday night when I OD on Tacos I
think what the hell kind of contribution is THIS!

> Chew this around and spit it out: Five hundred million Arabs; five
> Million Jews. Think of all the Arab countries as a football field,
and Israel as a pack of matches sitting in the middle of it. And now these
> same folks swear that if Israel gives them half of that pack of
> matches,Everyone will be pals..

> My friend Kevin Rooney made a gorgeous point the other day: Just
> reverse the numbers. Imagine five hundred million Jews and five
> million Arabs. I was stunned at the simple brilliance of it Can
> anyone picture the Jews strapping belts of razor blades and dynamite
> to themselves? Of course not.

I mean think of it. 60 million Mexicans surrounding 1 million good
honest hard work americans who took over Baha. I mean why not reverse
it. Yea thats some real logic for you! Can you think of Americans in
their hillside villas overlooking the Pacific that they took over form
them Mexican phony Bahaninas strapping on bombs. Its ridiculous!!
