---The holocaust started in the thirties, in many secret locations, 
men, women and children, were routinely gassed with truck exhaust, 
or shot, there were competitions in the SS, to see who could come up 
with the most outrageous torture techniques, kind of like what the 
Romans were in their heyday.

Bush wasn't the only Hitler lover;
There was also Joe Kennedy, and his eldest son, Joe Kennedy Jr.

Perhaps therein lies some of the Kennedy karma.
