Deletions and duplicates no longer matter. If that 51st post had been sent the day before and showed up way late, making him overpost, I can see letting him off. But, his 51st post appears to have been sent a few minutes after knowingly posting his 50th. As far as I can tell, this is a cut'n'dried case of overposting.
