Lynch has his audience and they are more than just TMers but those who like more artsy films compared to the junk Hollywood makes. In the extras to "Inland Empire" he declares he'll never make movies in Hollywood again because there are "too many rules." His daughter is busy though with her India produced horror film "Hisss" releasing on DVD this month though the full movie is already up on YouTube and been there since December (that's India for you). She also has 4 more projects in the works.
My problem with Lynch is that for an artist he isn't intellectually curious enough to explore other systems of meditation.
