In 2001 SSRS had Durga Devi on his personal altar. Saw it myself. His
father and family were followers of SBS, so I'm thinking that it was
SOP. However, as a mahaa-pandita he could have used any devataa he
wished - but he chose her.

My friend (the one who gave me mahaa-rudra-abhishekam in the pancharatra
version) pointed out that "they all do that" ... at least if they want
to be safe and under Her protection.

It is very probable that MMY did puja to Her. The rest is speculation.

Yantra Sadhana practitoner. I don't see any attempt on MMY's part to
continue with either Divine Mother worship or Sri Yanta Sadhana; in
spite of his giving lip service to "Divine Mother", or "Mother Divine".

Great teacher) can the Guru Dev be the Param-Guru for TM? Can there
actually be a real lineage?, I think it's clear SBS did NOT teach the
simple form of meditation (TM) MMY taught.
