I see no reason to believe they would have done anything different than President Clinton who did NOTHING for 8 years to fight terrorism. Oh, excuse me, he did lob a few cruise missiles at a few tents in Afghanistan and an Aspirin factory in Sudan. Well, we saw how much of a deterrent that was. Every attack made, got bigger and bolder as if to say, Hey are you listening to me yet?! I'm not saying Clinton is at fault for terrorist attacks on America, I'm just tired of the do nothing response which to the terrorists is a sign of weakness, not strength or wisdom and only encourages them to try something bigger.
