I completely disagree.

As the list that I reproduced here indicates, communism -- with or 
without blatant attempts by the U.S. to prevent its occurances -- 
created death and destruction wherever it reared its ugly head.  
Indeed, that was precisely the reason the U.S. went into SouthEast 
Asia in the first place: to prevent the spread of communism and 
the "Domino Effect".

And that's exactly what happened when the U.S. pulled out.

Who knows?

One thing we DO know is up to 2 million deaths occurred under Saddam's 
watch.

And Saddam is no longer in power.
