<snip> My bum has very little creased imprint (from NOT sitting behind a computer all day) and has kept muscle tone on it as it has not become glued to a chair, FYI, unsolicited, of course. ; )
Well, mine is not glued to my chair either. I keep toned by clenching my buttocks every time I catapult out of my chair, which happens with a fair amount of regularity. Up down, up down...ricocheting between ceiling and chair. I usually have to dance around the house a few times to recover from each event, which is undoubtedly also helping me stay fit. I do need to transcend my roof however, and give myself a break. >________________________________ > From: obbajeeba <no_re...@yahoogroups.com> >To: FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com >Sent: Thursday, December 8, 2011 7:13 AM >Subject: [FairfieldLife] Re: Hey Ravi > > > > > >--- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, turquoiseb <no_reply@...> wrote: >> >> --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, obbajeeba <no_reply@> wrote: >> > >> > Checking the water to see if the crocodile was paying >> > attention and he grabbed the chicken on the string.
