<snip>
My bum has very little creased imprint (from NOT sitting behind a computer all
day) and has kept muscle tone on it as it has not become glued to a chair, FYI,
unsolicited, of course.
; )

Well, mine is not glued to my chair either.  I keep toned by clenching my
buttocks every time I catapult out of my chair, which happens with a fair
amount of regularity. Up down, up down...ricocheting between ceiling and chair.
 I usually have to dance around the house a few times to recover from each
event, which is undoubtedly also helping me stay fit.  I do need to transcend
my roof however, and give myself a break.
