I get a 20'16 Leo ascendant with weak Venus conjunct Ketu and an otherwise very fortunate birth. Right now rahu/ketu are sitting at the same degree as your ascendant and stationary for about 2 more months -wear all of those gems that you have for now. Otherwise the only thing you need is to remedy your afflicted and very weak Venus. Some people would recommend that you wear a colourless natural crystal for that, others claim that would accelerate the problem and they may have advised the other gems to "block" or "unlock" the problems caused by this. Most important thing for you is don't wear the gems for rahu and ketu, and do remedies for them,ie: be extra nice to your parents, to helpless dogs by feeding them good things or giving to dog charities, give to help lepers, assist the TM organisation if you do TM to propitiate Ketu and do the TM and its advanced techniques regularly.
